1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and appointments provided by La Parrucchiera in the salon, online, or by telephone. By booking an appointment, the client accepts these terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or through the online booking system on our website. A booking is binding once confirmed by La Parrucchiera (via email or SMS).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the reserved time free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% charge of the booked service price. In case of a no-show, La Parrucchiera reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT (if applicable). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment methods accepted: cash, debit/credit cards, and Twint.

5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Liability

All services are carried out with the utmost care and according to professional standards. La Parrucchiera cannot be held liable for:
– Allergic reactions to products if the client failed to disclose relevant allergies or sensitivities.
– Damage resulting from the client’s incorrect aftercare or external factors beyond the salon’s control.

7. Personal Data Protection

Client data collected for booking and payment purposes will be treated confidentially and in accordance with Swiss data protection laws (revDSG 2023). Data is used solely for providing salon services, reminders, and communication.

8. Complaints & Adjustments

Clients are requested to report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours after their appointment. Adjustments or corrections will be offered at the salon’s discretion. Refunds are not provided once a service has been performed.

9. Salon Etiquette

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Delays of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling and could incur charges.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Locarno (TI).
